Ordering at www.gematopia.com is fast, safe, easy and you can do it 24/7! After you have added items to your shopping cart, all you need to do is to follow the simple checkout instructions and we will process your order right away. You can also put your items on hold by saving them in your Shopping Cart.

Order confirmations are sent automatically to the email you provided us when completing your checkout. If you do not see it, we invite you to check your "Junk Mail" or verify that you entered your email correctly.

Gematopia is duty free for now if you live in Canada! This means no tax will be collected wherever you are in the country. You may only be charged with import duties (which we can't predict) depending of your locations.

Yes! We ship all over the world. A flat shipping cost of 4.99$ will be applied to any order below 45$ and will be added at checkout. That means any orders above 45$ are FREE of shipping!

Each orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Then, under normal circumstances,  deliveries can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Gematopia is aware of the climate crisis.

Since our company ships directly from manufacturers to your home, we are much more eco-friendly than other ground stores as we create a one-way shipping towards your place and skip the warehouse transit. The packaging is also minimized in a way that there is a less waste as possible during the process!

Yes, you will be sent a confirmation email right after your order has been successfully submitted. We will also send you a shipping confirmation email providing tracking information once your order has shipped.

If you don’t receive an email confirmation, check your ‘’junk’’ or ‘’bulk’’ folder and it should be there.
